Junior Infants photographs will take place tomorrow Wednesday 7^th October in the school. Note that children are to wear their full school uniform.

We will be holding a book fair from Thursday 8^th to Tuesday 13^th October in the schools Garden Room.   The school gets 60% commission on sales made at the book fair.  This will be invested back into the school library in total. Opening times are:

Thursday 8^th    1.00pm to 2.30pm
Friday 9^th          9.00am to 12.30pm & 1.00pm to 3.15pm
Monday 12^th     9.00am to 12.30pm & 1.00pm to 3.15pm
Tuesday 13^th    11.00am to 1.00pm

Thank you to Garda Terry Donnelly and Garda Liam Houlihan  from Naas Garda Station who visited our school this morning. They spoke to all the pupils who travel by bus reinforcing the need to wear safety belts and behave properly while travelling on the bus. They also visited classes and spoke to pupils who travel by car with regard to safety belts and booster seats.

Well done to the U 11 boys hurling team who are through to the semi-finals against Ballymore N.S. on Thursday 8^th, their match is in Naas GAA at 1.00pm. All support welcome

U 11 boys football team will play Monasterevin N.S. on Friday 9^th at 11am in Monasterevin.

U 11 girls football team are through to the semi-finals.

Cross Country will take place in Valleymount on Wednesday next 14^th October. A total of 48 pupils from 1^st to 6^th classes will take part.  Trials will be run this week with consent notes going home early next week.
