Jumpers for Jaye

Our friend Jessica has been diagnosed with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma – a rare form of cancer.

As part of her treatment, Jaye has joined a clinical trial to give her the best possible support in the battle ahead. At the end of December, she will travel to Manchester for 8 weeks to undergo a special type of radiotherapy called proton beam therapy.

To help Jessica, we are organising a fundraiser called ‘Jumpers for Jaye’, taking place in school this Wednesday, 17th December. It’s our usual Christmas Jumper Day, but this year all donations will go directly to support Jaye and her family.

We would also love for you to join us for a Carol Service with the Eadestown and Kilteel Church Choirs on Wednesday, 17th December at 7.30pm in Eadestown Church.

Every donation, no matter the size, will go towards Jaye’s treatment, care, and day-to-day expenses. We truly appreciate any support you can give.

Thank you,
Mr. Collier’s 5th & 6th Class, Rathmore N.S.

Please note: Children will wear their school uniforms all week except on Wednesday for this special day. That evening, they will perform alongside the parish choirs in Eadestown Church.

Families can donate in school on the day or alternatively using this QR code:

Together let’s make this day a special day for Jaye!

Many Thanks,

Caitríona Lancaster.
