It has now been confirmed by the Government that Friday 18th March has been designated as a once-off public holiday for 2022. The public holiday was passed as a thank you to all frontline workers for their hard work during the COVID-19 pandemic and as a day of remembrance for those who lost their lives when the pandemic began two years ago. As Rathmore N.S. was already timetabled to be closed on Friday 18th March, we have re-assigned this 1-day closure to Wednesday 8th June and the school will now be closed on Friday 3rd June and will re-open on Thursday 9th June.
