Thank you to Will and Gillian, from the Irish Army who came to our school on Thursday 24th September, to present us with our Centenary Flag. Will and Gillian spoke to all the children about the history and background of the flag, as well as reading out the Irish Proclamation. The flag cannot be hung until the official day of 15th March 2016. Adam Doyle assisted in reading out the proclamation and Evan Noone and Sadhbh O’ Sullivan received the flag on behalf of the school.

Our lost property box was emptied on Friday 2^nd October, a total of 7 school tracksuit tops, 10 coats, 2 tracksuit bottoms, 2 pairs runners, 1 school jumper and 1 school cardigan were recycled. All items recycled did not have child’s name written on them and therefore could not be returned.
